The products have high quality and standards. We ensure all orders are received in perfect condition. If an item breaks during shipment, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement. Please send us a photograph of the broken item.
Return and exchange are accepted for defective products only within 14 days of purchase. Please also send us a photograph of the defective item.

Shipping
All products are made to order. Each order will ship approximately 3-6 business days after payment is received. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for an order to arrive. Currently, we can only ship to United States, United Kingdom and France.
We ship all orders with tracking confirmation. We are not responsible for any stolen packages or lost items.
